Here are quick answers to the most common login questions.

How do I create an account?

Click create account link below then input your name, the email address you made the purchase with and your chosen password. You will then be emailed an activation link. Click that link and your account will be active. Once in your account the course will be available to view.

I've logged in but no courses are showing?

👉 Make sure you’re using the same email you used when purchasing the course. If you created an account with a different email or an email with a typo error, the system won’t connect it to your order. Retry creating an account with your correct email address.

I paid with Paypal/Shop pay do I need to use the email address associated with that provider?

Yes you will need to use that email address to log in with. If you no longer have access to that email address and want your email address changed contact us a support@mattmurphyart.co.uk with your order number.

I didn’t receive my account activation email.

👉 Sometimes it lands in your spam or junk folder. Please check there. If you still can’t find it, contact us at support@mattmurphyart.co.uk.

I accidentally used the wrong email when purchasing.

👉 No problem! Just send us your order number and the correct email at support@mattmurphyart.co.uk, and we’ll update it for you.

What happens if I forget my password?

👉 Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page, and we’ll send you a reset link.

Where is my course material download pack?

👉 This is available as a download link within your account.
